Another one of the many Falkirk natives in the squad, fullback Blair returned to The Shire for his second spell this summer having previously spent 5 months with the club as a loan player from Falkirk back in the second half of the 2021/22 season, contributing heavily in a strong Shire side which lost just twice in all competitions from Christmas 2021 until the end of the season.
Blair has spent much of the years since plying his trade in the Lowland League with border clubs Berwick Rangers and Gala Fairydean Rovers, with a short spell in League Two with Stranraer.
Having now amassed well over 100 appearances in the Lowland League, Blair brings more valued experience to the side.
