One of many local boys in the squad, 22-year old Harley hails from nearby Bo’ness and is a product of the Rangers youth academy.
Harley gained plaudits during his loan spell at Cumbernauld Colts during the 2022/23 season; his first in senior football, where he won Cumbernauld’s Player of the Year award.
A permanent move to Cumbernauld Colts followed in 2023, where the former Scotland youth internationalist again impressed, earning a move to Stirling Albion in the summer of 2024.
Two seasons with the Binos derailed by injury halted Harley’s progress, before signing with The Shire this summer. A tough-tackling defender, Harley also possesses confidence on the ball and brings valuable Lowland League and SPFL experience despite his young age.
